How do you use your feet, your legs and how does this effect your hips and your upper body when you stand in a neutral position? In this interactive workshop we start by establishing a strong foundation through our feet and build postures up from there. Grounding in this way brings a new sense of body awareness to your postures of the 26+2 sequence or any other asana practice. Zefea draws from her understanding of Iyengar, Bikram and other teachers that have inspired her on her path. She integrates these with her own profound understanding giving you a new perspective on the class that you know and love.
