What is “yoga” to you?

Yoga is a time to breathe. A time to sweat. Exercise my body. Quiet my mind. Notice what’s going on with myself physically and often emotionally. It’s a great way to get rid of stress.

What are you most passionate about?

My relationship with God, and my family and friends.

What do you love most about teaching?

I get to share the gift yoga has been for me with others.
