Teaching Style


Focusing on breath with guided movement, Eve’s classes create a grounded environment ideal for personal transformation and growth. Her playful and encouraging demeanor make classes enjoyable and invigorating for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Teaching primarily within the Vinyasa discipline, Eve’s ease at combining breathing and conscious poses allows for the seamless blend of mind, body, and spirit.

How Yoga Serves Eve

Yoga has been the catalyst for Eve’s growth toward living with integrity, passion, and love ever since her initial introduction four years ago. Coming to the mat first for the health benefits, she now returns again and again for the powerful balancing effect it has on her emotionally and spiritually. Her practice continually reminds her what’s truly important and to keep life simple.

Background


Originally from rural Minnesota, Eve lived in New York City for five years before eventually returning to her home state in 2010. There, she taught yoga for two years before finally pursuing her lifetime dream of moving to the west coast. She’s thrilled to join the Evolation team and looks forward to serving the Santa Barbara community by sharing her life’s passion.
