Join our lead Flow teacher Linda Baffa in understanding the foundations of the Flow practice. During this interactive workshop, we will dissect the body’s foundation and alignment within common vinyasa sequencing.
In addition, we will explore how to modify, how to practice safely and avoid common injuries, how to move with the breath, and how to move through transitions with more grace and ease.
This workshop is excellent for beginners and experienced students alike. Beginners will understand more about vinyasa flow yoga and its postures. Experienced students will be able to dive deeper into their practice. While the focus will be on postures and transitions within the Flow class, the learnings will be useful for all yoga students.
