Join Melissa for 1.5 hours of fun exploring how to invert effortlessly into and out of inversions. Mastering inversions is the antidote to fear, anxiety, weakness, inversions help regulate the nervous and endocrine system. You will learn the correct way to get into some basic inversions and arm balances. All levels welcome, we will be partnering so you will be supported while we explore the fundamentals of an inversion practice.
