I started practicing yoga when I was 14 to help my asthma and fell in love with it. Not only did it help my asthma but helped me to stay healthy in all aspects of my life, physically and mentally. I believed in it so much, I knew I wanted to share it with others and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to start teaching when I was 19 and I completed my 500 hour teacher training in 2005.
Now, at 35, I believe in yoga more than ever. Yoga and is for EVERYONE and anyone can benefit; whether you just need to relieve stress and unwind or work and stretch your muscles for mobility and health. My teaching is based on Iyengar and Vinyasa but I enjoy teaching all levels and encourage everyone to listen to their bodies and modify if necessary.
Yoga as well as is the best thing you can do for the rest of your life!
