The goal of this workshop is to give you a deeper understanding of why yin yoga is good for us and how we can use yin yoga as a compliment to our yang practice and our daily life.

This workshop is a combination of a deeper understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, directly related to the postures in this workshop, combined with Western Anatomy. You will get an introduction to the concepts fascia, joints, and meridians. You will also receive information that will give you a deeper understanding of your health and ways that positively affect it. At the end of the day you will leave with postures for your home practice.    All ages and experience levels welcome.
